Classes are approximately 2 hours, are completely hands on and loads of fun! Classes include nibbles, recipe books and take home goodies. Class sizes are small, usually 8-10, but never more than 12, giving you lots of personal time with Chef Sunshine. All experience levels are welcome.
Classes are $60 per person

6:30pm Friday 17th - A Provencal Dinner – French country classics like Soup au Potiron, Boullabaise, and Tarte au pomme. - Full
10am Saturday 25th - Cooking with Mushrooms and Truffles - Chanterelles, Porcini, Lobster, Matsutake – A look at our local northwest mushrooms and how to use them from pastas to soups. - Full
10am Sunday 2nd - Knife Skills – Learn to filet fish, bone chicken, properly chop and mince! - Full
6:30pm Friday 7th – Cook once and eat for a week – Back by popular demand! Healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners made ahead so you’re all set for the week. - Full
